She worked at the Escritorio Mariano Adrian as a legal assistant, and after her doctoral degree, as a lawyer. As she loved so much the intersection of economy, administration and finances, she further worked at Espiñeira Sheldon y Asociados, an accounting firm, in the tax section. Further she was appointed Deputy General Counsel of the Ministry of Energy and Mines, where she took care of the oil industry. Further she was appointed as General Counsel of the National Securities Commission, where she applied her knowledge of the capital markets and the stock exchange. Latter she was the General Counsel that founded the Venezuelan Banking Deposit Insurance Fund, and she drafted all the legislation concerning banking and deposit insurance. She further worked with Benson, Perez Matos, Antakly and Watts, as an associate and latter as a full partner, in oil and gas, foreign investments, corporations and banking. Finally he worked with Eiris, Leañez y Adrian, taking care of oil and gas and mining clients. In 1998 she decided to return to her sources, and founded with her father, Mariano Adrian La rosa, the law firm Adrian & Adrian Abogados Consultores. Her father was already old, but he took a new air of living, working at the law office, until he could not attend anymore. She decided to turn the local law firm into an international law firm, specialized in foreign clients, as well as in big local companies. And her vision was to turn the firm into a "legal boutique". This vision makes the difference in the form we take care of our clients.
