TAMARA ADRIAN

Tamara Adrian is a Venezuela lawyer, graduated with the highest honors and as the first in her promotion as a lawyer at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas, 1976), and as a Doctor in Law at the Université Paris 2 (France, 1982). She also holds a Master in Comparative Law, from the Institut de Droit Comparé de Paris (France, 1982), and a Diploma of the Harvard Kennedy School (1976). She is currently a candidate in a Master in Artificial Intelligence and Law in Spain. She is a part time profesor of Torts and Contracts at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (Caracas). She is a retired professor of Commercial Law, Torts and Contracts, Corporations, Capital Markets and International Trade of the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas). She has been an invited professor in several international universities, including Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá); Universidad de Los Andres (Bogotá); Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá); EAFIT (Medellín); Universidad Nacional (Medellín); Universidad Para la Paz (Costa Rica); Harvard University (Boston); Université Paris 2 (France), among other. She was also a profesor of Civil Law at the Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas (2010-2020) She is a human rights activist and member of several BOD of national and international organizations. She speaks Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian and some German. She is an author of specialized articles and books in various subjects of commercial law, civil law and human rights. She is the proud keeper of a more than 150 years of a legal tradition starting with her grand-grand-father in 1882. She is the founder and CEO of Adrian & Adrian Abogados Consultores. Her activities are characterized by their accuracy, innovation, rapidity and by her ability to create and implement solutions out of the box, in the best interests of her clients. PATRICIA RODRÍGUEZ

She is a lawyer graduate at the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2000. Admitted to the Caracas Bar in 2000. She was an associate lawyer with Adrian & Adrian Abogados Consultores since 2001. She became a Full Partner in May 2004. She pursued and obtained a Specialist Degree in Corporate Law at the Universidad Metropolitana (2025). And a Diplomat in Compliance, Prevention and Management of Corporate Risks (2025). She pursued and obtained a Master in Law and Economics at the University of Hamburg, Germany, in 2002. She was designated by Adrian & Adrian to perform as Inhouse Legal Advisor for CPVEN, a local oil and gas services company with branches in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru (2014-2017). She has been an external counsel for Grupo Nueve Once since 2024. She is fully bilingual: Spanish and English. Her experience covers all the legal matters relating to oil and gas, capital markets, corporations, compliance and mergers and acquisitons.
